Azure Event Hubs target

Sends events to Azure Event Hubs.

With tmctl:

tmctl create target azureeventhubs --eventHubID <eventHubID> --auth.servicePrincipal.tenantID <tenantID> --auth.servicePrincipal.clientID <clientID> --auth.servicePrincipal.clientSecret <clientSecret>

On Kubernetes, with servicePrincipal authentication:
